Bigo Device Ban: How to Check the Restriction
Separate a Bigo device ban from app and login problems. Check the actual restriction notice and prepare the details needed for a safe support request.
If you suspect a Bigo device ban, first confirm that the on-screen warning actually refers to a device restriction. Do not confuse account, connection or app errors with device bans. Tools promising to remove bans are not a safe solution.
How can you identify a device-related problem?
Note the full warning text, device model, operating system and app version. The app failing to open or the account being logged out does not alone prove the device is banned. Determine whether the error occurs during sign-in or when starting a stream.
Information to prepare for support
- Your own BIGO ID and a contact channel you can access.
- A screenshot showing the restriction notice.
- When the problem started and what you were doing at the time.
- Your device model and official app version.
Why we do not recommend device-changing tricks
Changing a device identifier, installing modified APKs or paying a ban-removal service can put your account and device at risk. Ask official support to clarify the restriction's scope. Do not assume a device ban and the term A Class always mean the same thing; the notice is what matters.
