How to remake in VALORANT
In eligible cases, the remake vote starts automatically at the beginning of round two. Riot Games introduced automatic remake voting with Patch 10.00, so older advice about always typing /remake is outdated. If one player is AFK, three yes votes from the four remaining players are enough.
When is remake available?
Remake is designed for AFK or connection problems at the beginning of a match. It cannot be used several rounds into a normally started match.
Why might the vote not appear?
The player may have been active during the relevant first-round window, disconnected later, or not been detected as AFK in time.
RR, MMR and surrender
Remake is intended to cancel an unfairly started match for connected players. The AFK player can still receive penalties. Remake is different from surrender, which ends a match already in progress.
