Send Bigo Live Gifts: Diamonds and Recipient Checks

To send a Bigo Live gift, choose it from the gift panel in the relevant stream and check its Diamond cost and recipient. The gift's name, quantity and amount deducted from your account should be clear before confirmation.

Steps for sending a gift

1. Open the correct host or room you want to support.
2. Review the options in the gift panel.
3. Check the Diamond cost, quantity and any event conditions.
4. Confirm sending after ensuring you have enough balance and the correct recipient.
5. Check the result and balance; do not immediately resend if the outcome is unclear.

How does a gift affect the host?

A viewer's Diamond spending and a host's Beans earnings are different record types. Do not equate a gift's cost in Turkish lira with the net amount a host can withdraw. Read any additional notes for campaign or special gifts.

If sending fails

First check your balance and whether the transaction was recorded. Note the on-screen error message. Repeating a transaction that looks unsuccessful but deducted balance without checking it risks duplicate spending.
