Use the official BIGO LIVE Streamer download page to prepare a broadcast from your computer. Old Connector links may redirect to the current Streamer page. Check operating-system support in the downloaded version's requirements, not old blog lists.
Before starting installation
Verify that the download address belongs to BIGO's official domain. Make sure you can access your account from your phone. Prepare your camera, microphone, broadcast window and internet connection. An application failing to open does not, on its own, prove your Windows version is incompatible.
Broadcast preparation checklist
- Read the version and installation details on the official page.
- After installation, follow the official on-screen account-linking instructions.
- Select your broadcast source and audio input, and check the preview.
- Confirm that notifications, messages and personal information are not visible in the broadcast.
- Recheck the title, category and account before going live.
QR codes and technical problems
If a QR code appears, scan only the code in the official app you opened yourself. Do not use sign-in codes sent by strangers. If an error occurs, request support with the full error message, software version and operating-system details. Do not install an old Windows version just because an outdated guide says to.
