Your Genshin Impact UID is the numeric player ID shown on your profile and near the bottom of the game screen. A UID is not a password and does not grant login access.

Find and verify it

  1. Open the character that should receive the top-up.
  2. Open the Paimon menu or profile.
  3. Copy the UID instead of typing it.
  4. Check the last digits after pasting.

The same HoYoverse account can have separate progress on different servers. Confirm America, Europe, Asia or TW/HK/MO on the login screen. UIDs commonly beginning with 6, 7, 8 and 9 may suggest those servers respectively, but do not rely on the first digit alone.

Avoid delivery errors

A wrong UID can deliver balance to another player; a wrong server can reject or misdirect the order. Check every digit, the active character, server and product before paying.

Password safety

Standard UID top-up only needs UID and server. Never share your HoYoverse password, email password or OTP. If a self top-up flow requires login, do it yourself only on a verified HoYoverse domain.
