How to Use Gifting in League of Legends

League of Legends lets you send eligible content to friends through the in-client shop. Available gift types can change by region and store rotation, so the requirements displayed in your client at checkout take priority.

Checks before sending

• The recipient must have been on your friends list for the required period; official Mystery Gift guidance may require at least one day.
• A minimum sender level and daily limits for sending or receiving may apply.
• The recipient must not be banned or suspended. Champion ownership or a sufficiently large eligible skin pool may also be required.
• You cannot send a specific skin the recipient already owns.

Mystery Gifts and refunds

A Mystery Gift does not guarantee one chosen skin; it rolls from an eligible pool. Gifts are generally non-refundable. Before spending RP, double-check the recipient, region, price and item type. Never share an account or use an unofficial seller to arrange a gift.
