Pyke's main role is support in bot lane. His hook, stun and mobility create kill pressure, but he cannot stand in the frontline and soak damage like a durable tank. He needs angles, vision and allied follow-up.
Bot-lane plan
Control brush vision to threaten hooks. Do not engage without checking the ADC's wave and farm position. After the enemy spends an escape, use the short opening, then reposition with camouflage if the trade turns.
Roams and teamfights
Roam mid only after leaving the wave safe for your ADC and securing river vision. Look for flank hooks rather than walking in blindly. Track the ultimate execute threshold, but do not dive a protected target merely to chase a reset. See our LoL guides.
