In League of Legends post-game grades, S is higher than S-. The order runs S+, S, S-, then A+, A and A-. The system does not judge kills alone; it compares your overall performance with players using the same champion in a similar role.

What affects the grade?

  • KDA and avoidable deaths.
  • CS or jungle farm and income per minute.
  • Damage dealt, damage taken and role-appropriate impact.
  • Vision score, ward clearing and support duties.
  • Contribution to towers, dragons, Baron and other objectives.

Playing for an S

Balance farm, vision and objective tempo instead of chasing kills. Low CS is normal for support, but vision and assists matter. Junglers need efficient clears, ganks and objective control; carries need safe damage and efficient resource use.
