Yone does not need to dash forward at every opportunity. Build Q stacks on the wave, then use Spirit Form for a controlled trade while keeping the return point safe. If enemies can camp that point, even a winning trade can turn into a death.
Laning
Watch how stacking Q affects the wave and avoid pushing blindly without jungle vision. Commit after a key enemy crowd-control ability misses. You do not have to stay in Spirit Form for its full duration; return early once you have gained the advantage.
Teamfights
