In short: Promo Diamonds are a temporary event discount, not normal diamond balance. They cannot be cashed out, converted into normal diamonds, or transferred directly to another account.
How to use Promo Diamonds
- Open the current event or Shop screen.
- Select an item explicitly marked as eligible.
- Review the applied discount and final price.
- Keep the required normal diamond balance available.
At least one normal diamond is often required to complete the purchase. The current confirmation screen is authoritative because event dates, item eligibility, and account-region rules may change. If no discount appears, the item may be excluded or the event may have ended.
Order, account region, and safety
An ID top-up requires only the correct User ID and Zone ID. Page language does not change product region; check whether the recipient account is compatible with the Turkey or Global category. Never share a game or email password, OTP, social login, or recovery code.
Before payment, compare the package name, amount, region, and both IDs with the profile. Digital goods successfully delivered to the wrong but valid account cannot be retrieved, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or compensated.
