TFT 18.3 Patch Notes: Balance Changes and Bug Fixes
Explore TFT 18.3 unit and Wisp changes, PvE and mobile fixes, and the platform checks that matter when choosing RP or TFT Coins.
TFT 18.3 addresses balance and match flow in Enchanted Wilds. Riot's September 22, 2026 notes strengthen selected units, adjust high-value Wisp options and trait breakpoints, and fix PvE encounters and the Augment interface.
Which balance changes matter?
Karma's explosion damage and Warwick's ability damage and healing increase. Coven produces more Essence per loss at certain breakpoints. Selected combat Augments receive buffs, while some Wisp costs or effects change. These adjustments alone are not a reason to force one composition in every lobby.
What was fixed?
Missing PvE monsters and a bug where minimizing the interface after an Augment selection could disrupt that selection were fixed. The notes also cover mobile bench dragging on certain devices and a graphics API crash. A fix does not guarantee identical performance improvements on every device.
How to adapt to the patch
Focus on your decision process before judging early placements. Consider offered units, items and opponents' choices together instead of forcing the same opening. The TFT Set 18 guide can help refresh the set mechanics.
- Evaluate changed units alongside your existing items.
- Reread each Wisp's current cost and effect.
- Check that the expected effect appears after confirming an Augment.
- Record device, platform, round and selected Augment if a problem repeats.
Are RP and TFT Coins interchangeable?
No. Check platform and region conditions for TFT RP and Riot Gift Card options. PC-client RP and mobile TFT Coins must be considered separately; see the TFT Coins versus RP guide.
Before purchasing cosmetics or a Pass, open the shop on your platform and check availability, the required currency and the total price. A patch title does not establish that a particular card works with your account or can purchase every shop item.
