Microsoft will introduce monthly Xbox Cloud Gaming time allowances in November 2026. The cap applies only to cloud streaming, not local play on console or PC. Extra-hour pricing and the complete US rollout details have not yet been published.
What is changing with Xbox Cloud Gaming?
Game Pass Ultimate includes 15 hours, Premium 10 hours and Essential 5 hours of cloud gaming each month.

Xbox Store
After the allowance is used, additional hours will be sold through the Xbox Store. Non-subscribers will also be able to buy cloud time for eligible games they own.
