1. Website Ownership, Operator and Merchant
This Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy applies to digital products sold through dostgame.com.

Authorized Website Operator, Merchant and Contracting Entity: Keyrivo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States.
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi has authorized Keyrivo LLC to operate DostGame. Keyrivo LLC is responsible for the commercial operation of the website, order acceptance, payment arrangements, customer transactions and related merchant obligations for transactions processed under this Policy.
2. Scope
This Policy covers e-pins and activation codes, in-game currency, direct-to-account top-ups, gift cards and wallet codes, memberships and subscriptions, software and game keys, and comparable intangible digital products or electronically performed services.
3. Delivery
DostGame products are delivered electronically, including by displaying a code in the user account or order page, sending a digital code, crediting currency or digital content to a player account, or activating a digital entitlement.
Delivery timing may depend on payment confirmation, fraud and security checks, KYC where applicable, supplier availability, publisher systems and technical maintenance. Delivery is complete when the code or entitlement is made accessible or when provider or publisher records confirm a successful top-up.
4. Accuracy of Order Information
Users must check the player ID, server, region, platform, email, product and package before confirming an order. Where incorrect information supplied by the user causes irreversible delivery to the wrong account, server, region or platform, a refund may not be available, subject to mandatory law.
5. Cancellation Before Delivery
A user may request cancellation of an order that has not been delivered and whose performance has not begun. An undelivered order may also be cancelled where payment cannot be verified, fraud or security concerns arise, required KYC is not completed, supply is unavailable, a material pricing or product error exists, a provider rejects the transaction or a legal restriction applies.
Amounts collected for cancelled and undelivered orders are refunded by Keyrivo LLC through the applicable original payment channel, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing rules.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Exceptions may apply to immediately supplied digital content, intangible digital goods and electronically performed services once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent where required by law.
Accordingly, after a code has been displayed or transmitted, currency has been credited, a membership has been activated or digital content has otherwise been made accessible, cancellation or refund for a simple change of mind may not be available. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Defective, Invalid or Undelivered Products
Claims are reviewed where a code is verified as invalid before first use, the wrong product was delivered, payment was taken without delivery, a top-up failed despite correct account details or a material error in the product description made the product unusable.
DostGame may request the order number, product details, error messages, timestamped screenshots, publisher support information or other relevant evidence. If the claim is verified, the remedy may include replacement, redelivery, an equivalent product with the user's agreement or a refund.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to mandatory law, a refund may not be available after a valid code has been delivered or made accessible, the code has been redeemed or shared, currency has been credited to the account supplied by the user, a digital entitlement has been activated, or the user selected the wrong region, platform, server or account despite clear prior disclosure.
9. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are generally made through the original payment method without an additional charge to the user unless applicable law requires otherwise. Keyrivo LLC or its relevant payment provider may appear on the refund transaction. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.
10. Security, KYC and Payment Disputes
Orders may be subject to identity verification, fraud review, sanctions screening and other risk-based controls. Delivery may be held while verification is pending. If verification is not completed or the transaction is rejected before delivery, the order may be cancelled and refunded through the applicable payment method.
Users are encouraged to contact [email protected] before opening a payment dispute. Lawful order, payment and delivery evidence may be shared with Keyrivo LLC's relevant bank, payment provider, fraud-prevention provider or competent authority as necessary to handle the dispute.
11. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
