Terms of Use and Sale
Read the terms governing DostGame accounts, digital products, payments, delivery, refunds, KYC checks and international sales.

1. Website Ownership, Operator and Merchant
These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of www.dostgame.com and purchases made through DostGame.
Website Owner: Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Türkiye.
Authorized Website Operator, Merchant and Contracting Entity: Keyrivo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States.
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi owns the DostGame website and has authorized Keyrivo LLC to operate the website and DostGame commercial services. Keyrivo LLC acts as the merchant and contracting entity for transactions processed under these Terms, including the collection of customer payments through its approved payment service providers.
Accordingly, Keyrivo LLC is the operator responsible for the commercial operation of the website, order acceptance, payment arrangements, customer transactions and related merchant obligations. Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi does not collect customer payments on behalf of Keyrivo LLC under this operating model.
2. Scope
These Terms cover use of DostGame account services and purchases of digital game codes, e-pins, gift cards, in-game currency, subscriptions, memberships, software or game keys, direct-to-account top-ups and similar digital products or electronically performed services.
Mandatory consumer protection laws remain applicable. Mandatory protections available in a consumer's country of habitual residence are not excluded where they cannot lawfully be waived.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for protecting account credentials, email accounts and telephone access. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported promptly to DostGame support.
4. Products and Compatibility
Products may be delivered as digital codes, e-pins, direct top-ups, account entitlements or other electronic delivery. Users must check the stated country, region, currency, platform, game, server and account requirements before purchase.
Third-party game, publisher and platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on DostGame does not by itself indicate ownership or endorsement.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order is processed after successful payment and acceptance by Keyrivo LLC. Receipt of payment alone does not guarantee final delivery. Before delivery, an order may be cancelled where payment security cannot be verified, supply is unavailable, a material pricing or product error exists, required verification is not completed or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Amounts collected for cancelled and undelivered orders are refunded through the applicable payment channel in accordance with applicable law.
6. Prices, Currency and Taxes
The product price, transaction currency and applicable taxes or charges are displayed at checkout. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may separately impose foreign transaction, currency conversion or other fees. Such third-party charges are not part of the product price unless expressly collected by Keyrivo LLC or its payment provider.
7. Payments
Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, transaction value and payment provider. Users represent that they own or are legally authorized to use the selected payment instrument.
Keyrivo LLC is the merchant and payment contracting entity for transactions processed under these Terms and may use approved payment service providers, acquiring banks and alternative payment methods to collect and settle payments.
Full card numbers and card security codes are handled by authorized payment providers and are not intended to be stored by DostGame.
8. Delivery
Digital products are delivered within the period stated on the product or order page, subject to payment confirmation, fraud controls, KYC where applicable, supplier availability and publisher or platform systems.
Delivery is complete when a code is made accessible or transmitted, a top-up is confirmed to the user-supplied account, or another digital entitlement is activated. Users are responsible for supplying correct player ID, server, region, platform, email and account details.
9. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
Orders that have not been delivered and whose performance has not begun may be eligible for cancellation. Where permitted by law, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to immediately delivered intangible digital content and services begun with the user's prior consent.
Claims are reviewed where a code is verified as invalid before first use, a different product was delivered, payment was taken without delivery, a top-up failed despite correct account details or a material product-description error made the product unusable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Security, KYC and Fraud Prevention
Transactions may be subject to risk-based controls, including identity verification, payment verification, sanctions screening, fraud review and manual review. Orders may be held or cancelled before delivery where required verification is not completed or material security concerns remain.
11. Third-Party Services
Use of products sold through DostGame may also be governed by the relevant publisher, platform, supplier or payment provider terms. Keyrivo LLC remains responsible for its own merchant and commercial obligations while third-party payment providers remain responsible for the regulated payment-processing functions they perform.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Policy. Transaction and payment-related data may be shared with Keyrivo LLC's approved banks, payment providers, fraud-prevention providers and service providers only to the extent necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, accounting, dispute handling and other lawful purposes.
13. International Sales
DostGame may offer eligible products internationally. International transactions remain subject to product availability, regional restrictions, local payment rules, tax requirements and mandatory consumer protections.
Keyrivo LLC operates DostGame under authorization from the website owner, Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, and acts as the merchant and contracting entity for transactions processed under these Terms.
14. Complaints and Disputes
Order, delivery, payment, cancellation, refund and account enquiries may be submitted to [email protected] or through DostGame support. Payment disputes may also be handled with the relevant payment service provider.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, commercial structure, payment arrangements or applicable law. The version accepted on the order date applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
