Read the terms governing DostGame accounts, digital products, payments, delivery, refunds, KYC checks and international sales.

1. Seller and Contact Details
These Terms of Use and Sale govern the relationship between users who visit, create an account on, or purchase products through www.dostgame.com and the following seller operating the DostGame services:

2. Scope
These Terms cover use of the DostGame website and account services; purchases of digital game codes, e-pins, gift cards, in-game currency, memberships, subscriptions and similar digital products; direct-to-account top-ups; and related payment, delivery, cancellation, refund, verification and support processes.
Mandatory consumer protection laws remain applicable. For consumer transactions in Türkiye, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other mandatory rules apply. The Pre-Contract Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement presented for an order form an integral part of these Terms for that order. Mandatory provisions protecting the consumer prevail in the event of conflict.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, current and personal information when creating an account. Users under 18 may transact only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal representative. Age or authority may be verified where reasonably necessary.
Users are responsible for protecting their password, email address and telephone number; monitoring account activity; and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use to [email protected].
4. Products
DostGame primarily supplies digital products. Delivery may take place through a digital code or e-pin, a direct top-up to a game or publisher account, assignment to a user account, email, SMS, the order page, or activation through a third-party provider.
A product may be compatible only with the country, region, currency, game, platform, server or account type stated on its product page. Users must check the product description and compatibility information before ordering.
Game, publisher and platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, their use does not mean that Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi owns or is endorsed by the relevant game or platform.
5. Placing an Order
Before ordering, users must check the product and package, delivery method, country and regional compatibility, game/server/platform, player ID or account details, total price, applicable taxes and charges, and estimated delivery time.
An order is processed after successful payment and acceptance by Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Receipt of payment alone does not constitute final acceptance. Before delivery, an order may be cancelled where there is an obvious pricing or product error, payment security cannot be verified, supply is unavailable, or there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity. Amounts collected for a cancelled, undelivered order are refunded to the original payment method within the legally applicable period.
6. Prices, Currency and Taxes
The price, transaction currency and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. For international sales, the user's bank or payment provider may impose exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, currency-conversion charges or other commissions. These amounts are not part of the product price unless collected by Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
If an obviously unrealistic price is displayed because of a technical or clerical error, the user will be informed. Before delivery, the user may continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund.
7. Payment
Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, transaction amount and payment provider. Users represent that they own, or are legally authorised to use, the payment instrument used.
Use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, fraudulent chargebacks and misuse of payment systems are prohibited. Full card numbers and security codes are processed by the relevant bank or authorised payment provider and are not stored in the systems of Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
8. Delivery
Digital products are delivered within the period stated on the product or order page. “Instant delivery” means automated processing after payment and security checks. Short delays may arise from banks, suppliers, publishers, platforms or security reviews.
Codes may be delivered to the DostGame account, order page, email address or notification system. Top-up products are credited to the player account supplied by the user.
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi is not responsible for delivery to an unintended account caused by an incorrect player ID, server, region, email address or account detail entered by the user. Reasonable assistance will be provided where correction remains technically possible. If performance becomes impossible, the user will be notified and refunded within the applicable statutory period.
9. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of orders that have not been delivered and whose performance has not begun is assessed according to the order status and applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to services performed immediately online and intangible digital products delivered immediately, including digital codes, e-pins and in-game currency. After a code has been displayed, transmitted or delivered, a top-up has been credited, digital content has been activated, or performance has begun with the user's prior consent, cancellation or refund for a simple change of mind may not be available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Claims are reviewed where a code is verified as invalid before first use, a different product was delivered, payment was taken without delivery, a top-up failed despite correct account details, or a material error in the product description made the product unusable. Screenshots, error messages, account details or publisher support records may be requested. Approved refunds are made, where possible, through the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
10. Regional and Account Compatibility
Users must verify compatibility with their country, account, server and platform before purchase. Selecting the wrong region, platform or package despite clear information, sharing a code, using it on another account, or activating it contrary to publisher rules may be treated as user error.
A delivered and usable product may not be refundable solely because the user did not check compatibility. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Third-Party Services
Use of products sold through DostGame may also be governed by the terms of the relevant game publisher, platform, payment provider or service provider. Changes to game rules, service closure, account suspension, regional restrictions or changes to in-game value made by those parties are outside the control of Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi remains responsible for its own delivery obligations but is not responsible for sanctions imposed because the user breached a game or platform's rules.
12. Security, KYC and Transaction Verification
Transactions may be subject to risk-based controls to protect users, payment instruments and DostGame. Identity or transaction verification may be requested for certain order values, unusual activity, mismatched account and payment information, sanctions screening, suspicious indicators or chargeback risk.
Verification may be performed through Didit Identity, Inc. Details are set out in the KYC Policy and the Privacy and Personal Data Policy. If required verification is not completed, an order may be held or cancelled before delivery, and an account may be restricted for security purposes.
13. Prohibited Conduct
DostGame must not be used for unlawful purchases, fraud, identity theft, unauthorised payment instruments, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, false identities, abuse of promotions, harmful automated activity, unauthorised system access, or unlawful acquisition or use of digital codes.
Where such conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, accounts may be restricted, undelivered orders may be stopped, and legally required cooperation may be provided to competent authorities.
14. Intellectual Property
Rights in the website design, software, original text and images, database structure, brand elements and other DostGame content belong to Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi or its licensors. Content may not be commercially copied, republished, scraped or reused without prior written permission. Third-party game, publisher, product and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Service Availability
Reasonable measures are taken to keep DostGame available and secure. Services may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, cyber incidents, communications failures, or issues affecting payment providers, suppliers or publishers. Statutory rights arising from completed orders remain unaffected.
16. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information entered by the user, sharing of an account or code, breach of game or platform rules, or publisher/platform decisions outside its control.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory remedies relating to defective goods, digital content or services.
17. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and user rights are explained in the Privacy and Personal Data Policy. The Cookie Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies.
18. International Sales
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi may sell eligible products to users outside Türkiye and issues invoices in its own name. International transactions are subject to product availability in the user's country, regional and platform restrictions, local tax and payment rules, and mandatory consumer rights in the user's country.
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that cannot be waived under the law of their habitual residence. Additional regional terms, where published, apply only to the relevant users and transactions.
19. Complaints and Disputes
Order, delivery, cancellation, refund and account enquiries may be submitted to [email protected] or through DostGame support.
Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the applicable monetary thresholds. For non-consumer commercial disputes, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumers outside Türkiye retain non-waivable rights to bring claims before competent authorities or courts in their country of residence.
20. Changes
Mivo Teknoloji Ticaret Anonim Şirketi may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services or applicable law. The updated text and effective date will be published on DostGame. Material adverse changes will be separately notified where required by law. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the terms accepted on the order date apply to that order.
