ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products (EPIN, game codes, digital licenses, etc.) by the seller to the buyer through the website (www.dostgame.com).

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The product(s) ordered electronically by the buyer, along with their specifications and sales prices, are as follows:

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL TERMS

• The buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically confirmed all the information regarding the essential features, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product(s) specified in the agreement on the www.dostgame.com website.
• The seller undertakes to deliver the product subject to the agreement to the buyer digitally after the payment is made. Digital delivery will be provided to the buyer via e-mail or through the system.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR PUBG MOBILE UC TRANSFER:

• Delivery time is between 1-96 hours.
• The amount of UC to be loaded onto your ID cannot be displayed; loading is provided up to your limit. The price of UCs that cannot be loaded will be refunded to your site account. Partial loading is performed.
• Refund requests to the bank account cannot be made unless the specified loading time has expired.
• Only orders that cannot be loaded within 96 hours are refunded to the card or bank account. (The time for your bank to reflect the amount back to your card/account is an average of 2 business days; however, this duration is determined by your bank, so you need to contact your bank for any issues related to the refund process.)
• Loading is provided only to PUBG Mobile accounts in the Turkey region and global accounts. (Vietnam, Korea, etc., are not supported.)
• If you believe there is an issue with your order after it has been delivered, you must notify us within 24 hours. Orders older than 24 hours cannot be checked.
• Pay attention when entering your PUBG Mobile ID. There is no refund for incorrect IDs. The responsibility lies entirely with the user.
• The information requested during the order, such as PUBG Mobile ID and Mobile Phone Number, is determined entirely by the BUYER, and the responsibility lies with the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal after the delivery of digital content or the provision of services performed instantly.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Delivery will be made to the e-mail address declared by the buyer or to their dostgame.com account instantly or within 24 hours at the latest.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other payment methods specified by the seller.

ARTICLE 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence are authorized.

ARTICLE 8 - ENFORCEMENT

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the buyer.
