Genshin Impact 7.0 Phase II begins September 1, 2026 with the Flins and Ineffa Character Event Wishes. Great Expeditionist Challenge began August 28 and offers Diona, Primogems, a Crown of Insight, and upgrade materials. All times are based on server time.
When does Phase II start?
Character and weapon wishes run from September 1, 2026 at 18:00 through September 22 at 14:59, server time. The Odette and Arlecchino wishes end immediately beforehand.
Who is featured in the Phase II banners?
| Wish | 5-star character | Featured 4-stars |
|---|---|---|
| The Lone Light Knocks at Night | Flins (Electro) | Aino, Iansan, Lan Yan |
| Astral Actuation | Ineffa (Electro) | Aino, Iansan, Lan Yan |
Flins and Ineffa have separate Character Event Wishes, but Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share pity and guarantee progress. Bloodsoaked Ruins and Fractured Halo headline the weapon wish.
Great Expeditionist Challenge and free Diona
The event started August 28 at 10:00 server time. Complete its required challenges to invite Diona and earn Primogems, a Crown of Insight, and other materials. Unofficial total-Primogem estimates are not presented as guaranteed rewards.
Planning Primogems for Flins or Ineffa
One wish costs 160 Primogems. Genesis Crystals convert 1:1 in game, but conversion cannot be reversed and spending does not guarantee an early 5-star pull.
