LoL 26.21 brings Journey to Stardom to ARAM: Mayhem, with musical groups changing match rules and new missions expanding progression. The patch notes dated October 20, 2026 also announce an October 21 release for True Damage Know My Name skins.

What changes in ARAM Mayhem?

Each Headliner introduces a different rule. Collecting four K/DA cards grants an extra augment, while HEARTSTEEL adds special augment modifiers. With True Damage, takedowns and destroyed towers can drop anvils for the team.

Band missions award augments, emotes and Orange Essence. Advancing through Superstar ranks unlocks more groups and missions. Butcher’s Bridge and Koeshin’s Crossing are temporarily unavailable in Mayhem queues during this patch; their return is planned for the next patch.

True Damage skins and RP planning

The October 21, 2026 lineup includes True Damage Know My Name Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo, plus Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko. The notes do not specify RP prices. Do not assume the Prestige edition uses the same acquisition method as regular skins; check the client before purchasing.

For a Turkish account, compare LoL RP Turkey packs against the current in-game price when planning your balance.
