Using a Bigo Live invitation code is not the same as account security verification. If a reward is missing, first check the active campaign's participation conditions and progress in your account. An invitation code is not a mandatory security requirement for every registration.
Reward checklist
- Verify that the campaign is available to your account and country.
- Check that the invitation link or code belongs to the correct campaign.
- Read requirements such as new-user status, time limits or necessary activity.
- Compare completed and pending steps on the campaign screen.
- If a waiting period is specified, follow it; do not repeatedly retry the code.
Why is account verification separate?
A one-time code sent to your phone is not the same information as an invitation link. Do not send another user your sign-in code to unlock a reward. Using an invitation does not establish that BIGO staff will manually approve every account or that a reward is guaranteed.
What to include in a support request
