For a vivid purple VALORANT crosshair, start with 8B00FF. Riot's custom crosshair field accepts a 6-digit RGB HEX value. This setting changes the crosshair color; it does not color your Riot ID, team name, chat text, weapon skin, or agent abilities.
Purple HEX options
- 8B00FF — vivid violet
- 7C3AED — deeper violet
- A855F7 — bright purple
- C084FC — light purple
- D946EF — magenta-purple
HEX colors are not universal “pro codes.” The best option is the one that remains visible against walls, smokes, ability effects, and bright map areas on your own display.
How to enter the color
- Open Settings → Crosshair.
- Select Primary, Aim Down Sights, or Sniper Scope.
- Open the Color menu and choose Custom.
- Enter the 6-digit RGB HEX value, for example 8B00FF.
- Check the preview and test it in the Range.
If the field rejects a value pasted with #, enter only the six characters. Riot states that an invalid non-HEX entry returns the crosshair to its previous color.
Improve visibility
Enable a dark outline when a light purple blends into bright surfaces. If the outline feels heavy, reduce its opacity or thickness rather than immediately changing the color. Test Primary, ADS, and Sniper Scope separately because each profile can use its own settings.
