How to Check Your VALORANT Purchase History

Your VALORANT purchase history is available through the official Riot Games Support site, not as a complete report inside the game client. The dedicated page is designed to show your VALORANT Points (VP) transaction history. It should not be confused with your skin inventory, Night Market offers, or a list of every item equipped in matches.

How to open the history

1. Open the official VALORANT Support site and choose Check Your Purchase History.
2. Sign in to the Riot account whose transactions you want to review.
3. Complete Riot's sign-in verification if requested.
4. Use the button on the page to retrieve the purchase history.
5. Compare the listed VP transactions with your own payment receipts.

Type your password and verification code only on Riot's official sign-in domain. Do not use links sent by strangers, and never post receipts or transaction screenshots publicly.

Purchase history and refunds are separate

Seeing a transaction does not make it automatically refundable. Riot handles refunds on a separate support page. Riot's current policy states that unused in-game content and unused VP bought within the last 14 days may be eligible, while used or upgraded weapon skins, bundles, Battlepass items, Radianite Points, and several other categories are excluded. The refund page checks eligibility for the signed-in account.

Missing or unfamiliar payment

First confirm that you selected the correct Riot account and region, then compare the date and amount with bank, card, wallet, or prepaid-code records. Payment settlement text can differ from the in-game item name. If a charge is still unfamiliar, secure the Riot account, review multi-factor authentication, contact the payment provider when appropriate, and submit a Riot Support ticket under unauthorized charges. Share transaction evidence only through the protected ticket.
