Dostgame Cancellation and Refund Policy
This document is prepared to define the rules regarding cancellation, refund, and exchange rights for purchases made through Dostgame.com. Protecting our customers' legal rights and providing a transparent service are our priorities.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Non-Refundable Products:
- Used products,
- Single-use products,
- Copyable games, software, and products delivered digitally,
- Program purchases are not subject to cancellation, refund, or exchange under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
1.2. Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Mobile Transfer Products:
Refunds for these products are not accepted except for cases exceeding the period specified in the distance sales agreement.
2. Cancellation of Undelivered Products
2.1.If the product has not yet been delivered, the customer may request a cancellation. However, in the case of cancellation:
- Refunds are only made to the registered membership account on Dostgame.com.
- No refunds are made to bank accounts or credit/debit cards.
3. Stock Situations by Dostgame
3.1.If a product is shown as available in stock by Dostgame but cannot be supplied, the customer may request a refund to their bank account or credit/debit card.
4. Refund Processes
4.1.Refunds to the customer may take up to 10 (ten) business days to reflect in their bank account.
5. Exceptional Cases
5.1.In cases where the customer provides incomplete or incorrect information during the ordering process, the responsibility lies with the customer.
6. Legal Basis
This policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.
