Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE

This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been concluded between SLM GAME LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operating at www.dostgame.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Purchaser") who register as members and/or shop on the Website.

Users acknowledge and declare that by completing the membership process and/or selecting the "I Have Read and Accept the User Agreement" option, they accept all provisions of this Agreement in advance and irrevocably.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

2.1. All Users who wish to register on the Website or make purchases must be over the age of 18.

2.2. By applying for membership or selecting the "I Have Read and Accept the User Agreement" option, the Member declares that they are over the age of 18. The responsibility for the accuracy of this declaration lies entirely with the Member. In the event of a false declaration, the Company bears no legal or criminal liability.

3. TERMS OF USE AND SHOPPING CONDITIONS

3.1. During the membership process on the Website, all Users are defined as "Purchasers."

3.2. Purchasers:

• Purchasers are users who, by registering on the Website, have agreed with the Company solely on the purchase of products.
• Purchasers accept and confirm in advance the essential features, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product they have ordered.
• Purchasers acknowledge that the products, writings, images, and designs on the Website, as well as all rights related to the operation of the Website, belong to the Company. In case of unauthorized use of these rights, the Company may initiate legal action and suspend the user's membership.
• Orders are subject to the Company's stock and technological capabilities. Orders are processed only after payment is collected.

3.3. In purchases, Users accept that there is no right of withdrawal for EPIN products ordered under the provisions of Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Procedures and Principles Article 8/IV.

4. PRICING

4.1. The Website reserves the right to make changes without prior notice to the products on display and their prices.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

5.1. Orders placed between 09:00 and 01:00 are delivered within 30 minutes, provided there are no issues with payment/invoice information or technical problems.

5.2. Orders are delivered to the email address specified by the Purchaser. The Company is not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly entered email addresses.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

6.1. Purchasers may cancel their orders if the codes have not been transferred to the “My Orders” module or sent via email.

6.2. Cancellations can be made via Online Support.

7. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

7.1. Under the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Procedures and Principles Article 8/IV, there is no right of withdrawal for EPIN products purchased on the Website.

8. TERMINATION

8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally at any time without providing a reason.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. The Courts of Commerce in Girne / Cyprus shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from this Agreement.

10. Effective Date and Acceptance

10.1. All users who visit or register on the Website are deemed to have read and accepted this Agreement.
